About

I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself, find your place in the world, and take confident steps toward the life you actually want… you don’t have to do it alone.

Coaching helped me get unstuck and find calm in the chaos. Now I’m here to pass that support on. Let’s work together to get you moving and creating the life that matter to you.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a space to pause, reflect, and figure out what really matters to you. It helps you set goals, face challenges, and move forward with purpose. It’s about honest conversations that help you feel clearer, more confident, and more like yourself.

Why I Coach
I know what it’s like to feel stuck and burned out, juggling everything on your own, dealing with a stressful job, complicated relationships, health issues usually coupled with another spiritual shift (don’t worry I’m not going to go love, light and sparkles on you). Coaching helped me find my way when I was fed up going with the flow and was angry at myself for losing time to things that didn’t make me feel good. It gave me space to reconnect with myself and make choices that actually felt right. Now, I offer that same kind of space to others.

Through coaching, I can help you:

  • Get clear on what you want
  • Spot what drains you (and what energises you)
  • Face challenges with a solid plan
  • Take steps toward a life that feels… right

How coaching helped me
In 2013, I was diagnosed with thyroid disease. I was exhausted and my unsupportive job made everything worse, I was bubbling with inner rage. I quit, left London, and moved to Brighton to focus on getting better. I changed my diet, routine, even started marathon training. I became a walking cliché of self-help, underneath, I was burnt out and frustrated.

Coaching found me by chance, I sought sports nutrition advice (mostly for informed responses, in 2013 it wasn’t cool to be a vegan). Nathalie helped me recognise my limitations and that “all or nothing living” had consequences, I needed to slow down, reset, and be kinder to myself. Coaching helped me build habits I still rely on today and accept what I can’t control. It turned a tough time into a turning point.

Tools, not quick fixes
Let’s be honest: coaching isn’t a magic fix. If someone promises instant results or one-size-fits-all answers, trust your gut.

Coaching gives you tools, not solutions. Life is messy and unpredictable. We’re all figuring it out as we go. My approach is about helping you build resilience, get more comfortable with discomfort, and face your goals (and setbacks) with a bit more clarity and maybe even a sense of humour.

Honestly, I smile now at situations that used to bring on full-blown rage-tears and headaches. I’ve learned my worth and how to better understand people. That changes everything.

I still turn to coaching and therapy when I need it. It keeps me grounded and honest in my own practice. The difference now? I’ve got tools to help me bounce back and keep going, no matter what life throws my way.

Becoming a coach
After 15 years in design, I realised helping people reconnect with themselves mattered more to me. And yes, I’ve asked myself why I’m changing careers after working so hard but this calling just won’t leave me alone. It feels like the thing I’m meant to do.

I’m now training with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and working toward full accreditation. My coaching blends real-life experience, creative thinking, and energy work (if that’s your thing). But mostly, I’m here to help you figure things out your way.
